The moss from a Mossy Rock is required as an ingredient for a Cure for Ralena. In the quest Trying Times it is your task to collect such a rock from the cave south-east of the ruins of Ashford.
To collect the rock, an alter in a cave west of Ascalon City needs to be touched.
