Monstrous Eye is a rare crafting material.

Monstrous Eyes drop rarely from numerous creatures in the Factions campaign and extremely rarely in the Prophecies campaign. The Afflicted seem to drop them more frequently than other monsters. They also drop in the Nightfall campaign.
