Mina Shatter Storm is a mesmer boss who is part of the Am Fah guild and is found in the eastern area of the Undercity, except during Chasing Zenmai quest. Mina is the Jade Brotherhood's #4 most wanted member of the Am Fah, believed to be responsible for killing an entire 'Brotherhood recruiting class'.

• Mina is accompanied by a trio of dancing Canthan Peasants. After Mina is killed, they stop dancing one by one and run off.
• Mina drops a Domination Magic-based wand, but does not use any Domination Magic spells.
• Much like Sun, the Quivering, Mina Shatter Storm is the only known Mesmer in the Am Fah.
