Mallyx's Strife is a Unique spear which is obtained from the chest that spawns after Mallyx the Unyielding is defeated in The Ebony Citadel of Mallyx.

- Piercing Dmg: 14-27 (req. 9 Spear Mastery)
- Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
- Armor penetration 20% (Chance: 20%)
- Health +30

This item's stats can be fully replicated (with a different skin) with the following:
- A Suntouched Spear from Nikun in The Shattered Ravines
- A perfect Sundering Spearhead
- A perfect Spear Grip of Fortitude

- This weapon is functionally identical to the Courage of the Forgotten.
- It shares its skin with Mallyx's Cruelty, Turep's Spear and The Bloodspear.
