• Combine with Mystic Regeneration to negate the health loss.
• At 10 Wind Prayers, the health loss is equivalent to 4 pips of health degeneration.
• The energy gain from this skill is equal to an additional 3 pips of energy regeneration, less the cost of the enchantment.
• It's much less a running skill than a kiting/energy management skill, due to the short time it is in effect compared to the recharge and the health loss.
