[edit] Acquisition
Luxon Totems are offered as rewards for doing quests on the Jade Sea. There are three Luxon Quartermasters located in southern Cavalon who will offer various rewards in exchange for the credits.
The following quests reward Luxon Totems:
- The Impossible Sea Monster
- The Halcyon Job
- Attack the Kurzicks!
- Night Raiders
- Challenge of Strength
- More Cowbell
- Protect the Halcyon
- Messages, Messages Everywhere
- The Zenos Squad
- If It Weren't for Bad Luck....

- The Dragon Hunter
- Message on a Dragon Scale
- Return of the Yeti
Like most quest items, Luxon Totems cannot be sold to merchants, and cannot be salvaged.

[edit] Converting to cash
The best rate for converting these directly to cash is purchasing and selling Superior Salvage Kits, which will pay out 200 per Luxon Totem (1 per kit, 1 kit per 5 Luxon Totems). Of course, keeping and using the kits may be even more profitable. In any case, do not sell them to other players for less than 200 per Luxon Totem.
Note that using these kits gives you an even better rate, as each one saves you 4 expert salvage kits, at a cost of 1.6 total. Thus, the potential value of 5 Luxon Totems is 1.6 (or 320 each): well worth keeping.
