- Statistically, playing Rock, Paper, Scissors with Lucky Hochei in Lion's Arch averages a better payoff of 2 Lunar Fortunes and 1 Sugary Blue Drink per 3 Lunar Tokens. However, this method will take you longer to redeem your Lunar Tokens into Lunar Fortunes.
