Lord Timot is the source of the Skales attacking the Ascalon Settlement. Finding and destroying him is the target of the quest Reversing the Skales. Beware! He is accompanied by Bog Skales and the intimidating Executioners.

- If you're a necromancer, then Lord Timot is a good target for your first Signet of Capture from the quest Malaquire's Test (or even multiple SoCs if you want). Lord Timot offers the skills Barbs, Desecrate Enchantments, and Animate Bone Fiend. They are not elite skills, but are not available from Skill Trainers until much later in the game, in the Southern Shiverpeaks. In addition, Barbs and Desecrate Enchantments are not available as quest rewards.
