A special monster that appears during the Just My Luck quest during the Canthan New Years event. His death is not required to advance the quest.

  • Panjiang Peninsula

He can be found in Raiyan Cave next to where you collect the Raiyan Spring Water for the quest, Just My Luck. He only appeared during the Canthan New Year Festival.
