[edit] Notes
These festive headpieces are distributed conditionally in the Shing Jea Monastery upon the arrival of a Celestial during the Canthan New Year event. Players do not need to purchase or redeem collectables to acquire a Lion Mask.
- Item has 0 AR.
- Item can be dyed.
- Item can be infused.
- Item can be upgraded with runes.
- Item can not be upgraded with armor insignias.
- Item can not be salvaged.
Like all armor, this item is customized, and while it may be traded, it can only be worn by the character that originally received it. However, this hat may be created for other characters on the same account by using the Festival hat maker.
The same mask is passed out at every Canthan New Year (Ludor sees no difference between them.)
[edit] Dye Chart
- Note: Silver has the effect of dulling the colors on the mask, as opposed to brightening them up on many other armors.
[edit] Trivia
- The lion mask is an actual item used during Chinese New Year. Martial artists dress in lion outfits (including the mask) and perform a traditional lion dance to welcome the new year and bring good luck to the community.
- This is the only event headgear that has been given out on more than one occasion.
