Concise: Projectile: deals 10...82 lightning damage and inflicts Cracked Armor (5...17 seconds). 25% armor penetration.

• The Cracked Armor condition is applied before the damage. Because of this, Lightning Orb will always do listed damage to a 100 AL target (barring enchantments, hexes, etc.) (100 AL - cracked = 80 AL - 25% penetration = 60 AL.)
