Laren's assortment of goods differs from the standard for merchants in the Ascalon region. He offers Starter Elemental Rod and Belt Pouch instead of Expert Salvage Kit and Rune of Holding. Also, he is the only merchant in post-Searing to offer the same 10 use Salvage Kit for 40 gold that is available in pre-Searing.
