Kurzicks Scribes were NPCs that allowed players to allocate faction gained with the Kurzick nation into alliance faction for their alliance. Players could transfer blocks of 5,000 faction at a time toward their alliance totals. As of the Friday, June 15th 2007 update, they were removed from the game and have had their services transferred to Kurzick Bureaucrats.
