Kourna is one of the three provinces of Elona, known for its great military. Ever since the province was saved by Turai Ossa the province is lead by a descendant of Turai with the Warmarshal title. The current ruler of Kourna is Warmarshal Varesh Ossa.

The province of Kourna borders the vast Crystal Desert (specifically the Desolation) and as such they highly depend on artificial irrigation system that directs water from the great Elon river to their houses. Kourna is the heart of Elona, and to whom the Elonians look to.
