Island Guardians are towering tree-like creatures that can usually be found standing very still in the green hills of Cantha. They are often in the company of Rot Wallows. The Island Guardian can't be knocked down. They are only dangerous in large groups of Rot Wallows, as they cannot deal large amount of damage on their own, but can heal and resurrect their companions.
