• While using snaring skills against the opposing team's Guild Battle Flag runner is almost always a good idea, Icy Shackles can be especially devastating as it will frequently slow a flagger by the skill's maximum debuff of 90% due to either the runner using enchantment-based speed buffs or the application of protective enchantments by the opposing team in an effort to protect their flagger.
