A Hydromancer is an Elementalist who is dedicated to the element of Water. While they possess some damage skills, these characters are valued for their ability to hinder multiple opponents with slowdown skills like Frozen Burst and Mind Freeze. They are used more in PvP than in PvE, due to their focus on shutdown and not damage.
