- This skill is used by The Hunger during the Moddok Crevice (mission).
- This skill does not cost any energy and has no recharge or proper activation time, however as an attack skill it takes as long to activate as The Hunger's normal attacks, making it interruptable.
- A Dervish using Avatar of Melandru to tank The Hunger will be completely immune to this skill. Because it is also the only thing he does, this renders that player immune to the beast entirely.
- Restore Condition is effective.
