The Hand of the Forgotten is one of the Forgotten items, a unique ("green") endgame reward item for the Nightfall campaign. It can be obtained from the Keeper of the Scythe in exchange for a Book of Secrets.

- Slashing damage: 9-41 (req. 9 Scythe Mastery)
- Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
- Armor penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
- Health +30

The stats of this weapon can be fully replicated, including its skin, with the following:
- a max req. 9 Grim Scythe that is inscribable
- a perfect "Strength and Honor" inscription
- a perfect Sundering Scythe Snathe
- a perfect Scythe Grip of Fortitude
- a black dye
