A staff with numerically superior stats can be crafted with the following

1. An inscribable Holy Branch crafted by Bolereh, Rahmdah or Sende.
2. A perfect Insightful staff head (better than the conditional "Hale and Hearty" inscription).
3. A perfect staff wrapping of Fortitude.
4. A perfect "Aptitude not Attitude" inscription.
