Much as we can see on PvXwiki or Guild Wars Guru builds, I think it would be great to implement the popups that show the skill description when the viewer hovers the mouse pointer over a skill icon.

This would be ideal on the 'Skills Used' section of an opponent, and the 'Related Skills' shown on the page of a full-blown skill description.

The greatest benefit would be several page visits can be avoided when a user wishes to investigate the build of an opponent in more depth or quickly view the alternative skills to that currently being viewed.

None I can think of for the viewer, but I don't know if fewer page visits is bad for advertising revenues (if applicable).
