- Questions about individual articles should be posted directly on that article's talk page. To get to an article's talk page, click the "discussion" tab at the top of the article. Then, click the "+" tab next to the "edit" tab and add your comment or question.
- Questions that need to be confidential should not be asked here. You can contact a GuildWiki admin privately with those concerns.
- If your account has been hacked or if you have been scammed, there is nothing we can do about it. Your only option is to contact ArenaNet support at http://support.guildwars.com.

[edit] Can't log in
I can't log in. When I enter my username, GW-Susan, and tab to password (or click into that field, or whatever), my name is converted to lowercase, gw-susan, and then I am not recognized.
- What internet browser are you using?

- FireFox, the same one I have always used. But, good point, will try the dreaded IE8.
- Tried IE8, still can't get in. After asking for new password (and getting one), it tells me there is no such account (either up or lower case), which is definitely wrong as I have been contributing for over 3 years now.
- I can see your contributions and that there's is no block on the user name; so the worst hasn't happened. If you can, try logging in from a different computer (any browser). — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 23:29, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

[edit] Character Switching
Is there any way to move a character from one Guild Wars account to another one? I know you can pay to have character's names changed, features changed, etc. - but if you have more than one Guild Wars account can you move one player (intact with all belongings) to your other account? Thanks
- Unfortunately not, there is no account wide transfer of character (probably because of the difficulty of unlock transfer, and name transfer, let alone guilds and campaigns etc). The game wasn't designed for characters to be switched over from account to account RandomTime 16:19, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
