one of my chacters finished Wayfarer's Reverie and went to Eye of North to get reward. the pulsing green star was there but Festival Entusiast Styr Wolf-Handed was not. so no reward. what's with that?

I can't login as Rukh - I tried resetting my password, but never received the email?
