The Grinning Dragon Axe is a type of axe which appears to have a metallic shaft attached to an ornate, symmetrical horizontal blade head. The blades have two symmetrical dragon heads inscribed on them. The "grinning" part of the name could be derived from the grinning dragon heads inscribed on the blades, or from the curved shape of the axe itself, much like a stereotypical grin.

This is a Factions campaign item, found primarily in certain areas of Kaineng City.
