[edit] Notes

• This skill uses the same animation as the Rank 9 emote.
• This monster skill is only used by level 20 (or higher) Charr in Eye of the North.
• It may be possible to use this when a non-party member enemy is killed, however, they will never actually do so. Minions, pets, and all other enemies of the Charr who are not party members will not activate the skill.
