These bright blue translucent staves can only be found in the Underworld, Fissure of Woe, Ruins of the Tomb of the Primeval Kings, Realm of Torment and winning chest of the Hall of Heroes. They come with requirements for all spellcasting attributes and the appropriate damage type. The three spheres of light in the head and the one on the tail spin in place.
