[edit] Updated Zaishen Rewards

• Updated the Zaishen Chest drops to replace the Abominable Tonic with a new tonic for the month of January. More information on Zaishen Rewards can be found here.

• Updated Automated Tournament map rotations.

Assassin

• Palm Strike: decreased Crippled duration to 1..5 seconds; decreased damage to 10..65.

• Fixed a bug that prevented some Item Spells from executing their drop effect at the end of their held duration.

[edit] Miscellaneous

• Xunlai Tournament Agents now offer prizes for the December tournament. These agents can be found in the Great Temple of Balthazar, Lion's Arch, Kaineng Center, and Kamadan.

• Made preparations for the Canthan New Year's Festival, which begins at Noon Pacific (-8 GMT), January 30th, 2009, and runs until Noon Pacific, February 2nd, 2009.

[edit] Rollerbeetle Racing

• Tolkano [Tournament Rewards] has been added to the Rollerbeetle Racing outpost.
• Players are now required to register with Tolkano before they can participate in Rollerbeetle Racing.
• Eldrid the Ancient [Records] and Little Jack [Rewards] now base their list of the top racers on registered account names. An account name can only be listed once on the top racers list.

• Removed leftover collision from where the Wintersday tree was located in the Eye of the North.
