As the Mad King's laughter fades
And calm settles over Lion's Arch
While peace comes to Droknar's Forge
And the Primeval Kings return to slumber
We bid farewell to Halloween
Until the coming year.

This update removed the changes in the cities and NPCs that were put in by the Halloween Update.
