- A semi-rare drop during Wintersday in July 2008 weekend event.
- Random drop from monsters during the Wintersday 2008 event.
- As a quest reward for Snowball Dominance.

- The only emote that will have an effect is /sit. However, instead of sitting, the snowman will drop into pieces on the floor.
- Using this counts 2 points toward the Party Animal title track.
