When slain, Frost Titans will each spawn one Icy Brute and one Titan's Malice. Despite being the biggest of the frozen titans, they are not particularly tougher than most of the smaller kinds.

• They have higher armor against cold damage and lower armor against fire damage.
• Cannot be knocked down.
