- When using Frenzy it is a very good idea to bring along a cancel stance, such as Rush, Sprint or Enraging Charge.
- Because you take extra damage, it is advisable to bring a self heal, such as Lion's Comfort.
- It is generally a bad idea to combine this skill with Healing Signet due to the fact that the armor penalty when using Healing Signet significantly increases the additional damage taken.
