The Freezie Crown is a special event headpiece that was distributed on the final day of the Wintersday 2006 event at the end of visits by the Avatar of Dwayna (NPC), who appeared every 3 hours in Kamadan along with the Avatar of Grenth (NPC). It would appear in the inventory of players at the beginning of the fireworks if Dwayna won the contest with Grenth by gathering more Candy Cane Shards from a game of chance (everyone in the district, including Grenth supporters, would receive one).

- Item can not be dyed.
- Item can not be upgraded with armor insignias.
- Item can not be salvaged.
Like all armor, this item is customized, and while it may be traded, it can only be worn by the character that originally received it. However, this hat may copied for any PvE character on a given account using the Festival hat maker.
