Full: For 8...18 seconds, target and adjacent foes take 5...17 damage each time they suffer or recover from a new condition.
Concise: Also hexes foes adjacent to target (8...18 seconds.) These foes take 5...17 damage each time they gain or lose a condition.

- Consider combining with Virulence at a low Death Magic attribute; this will trigger Fragility 6 times in several seconds.
- Fragility will only trigger on the first instance of a condition. E.g., repeatedly attacking a target while using the preparation Apply Poison will not trigger Fragility on each successive hit. (Unless the target is a dervish with Avatar of Melandru)
- Crystal Wave or Teinai's Crystals can both be effective with this skill, as they do damage and "clean" the target of all conditions, triggering all of the damage at once. However, this usually requires a partner to perform effectively.
- Damage is triggered before the condition is applied/removed.
