The Forgotten Hammer is one of the Forgotten items. It is a Unique item that can be obtained from the Keeper of Steel in exchange for a Book of Secrets at the end of the Nightfall campaign.

- A War Hammer from Sarad in Droknar's Forge
- A Bludgeoner from Manzo in Kaineng Center
- A Barrel Hammer from Hahbe in Marga Coast

- A perfect "Strength and Honor" inscription
- A perfect Sundering Hammer Haft
- A perfect Hammer Grip of Fortitude
