A Focus is a focus item available from all Pre-Searing merchants. It gives an energy boost of +3.

Interestingly, this focus costs 100g, which is a steep price in Pre-Searing, but foci are common drops in all the explorable areas, and one which gives up to +4 or +5 energy can be easily found right outside in Lakeside County. It is unknown why the merchants charge so much for a worthless item.
