Fleshreaver harrowers are the rarest type of fleshreaver, a typical group will only generally have one harrower in it but may have many Fleshreaver Nephilim and Fleshreaver Hounds. Fleshreaver harrowers resemble decayed Gargoyles in appearance.

• Due to their ability to heal, deal significant damage and provide Cracked Armor for Chest Thumper (used by the Fleshreaver Nephilim), it is wise to go for these enemies first.
• Although they appear undead, fleshreavers are considered Fleshy and do not receive double damage from Holy Damage.
