- Only the additional damage is doubled on a target below 50% health, not the full damage of the attack.
- Final Thrust checks if the foe was below 50% before the unconditional damage or any other effects which might change the foe's health.
- Both the bonus damage and the conditional damage stack with shouts or chants like Ursan Roar, and Orders enchantments such as Order of the Vampire.
- If the target dies during activation, you will not lose all adrenaline. The adrenaline used to power Final Thrust will still be lost, though.

- Despite its name, the animation for this attack skill is not always a "thrust"; rather, it shares the animation of Galrath Slash and Silverwing Slash.
