Vokur Grimshackles is a Mesmer Stone Summit boss. He does not pose much of a threat by himself, and his main role is to frustrate the player's party.

- Sorrow's Furnace
- during Orozar Highstone's quests, in one of 6 random boss spawn locations.
- in the Gap, near Marshall Whitman.
- in Sorrow's Belly.
If you have Chains of Enslavement on you, you can not attack him because he is a member of the Stone Summit.
