Prison Keys are quest items used to open Charr Prison Locks in Cathedral of Flames during Warband of Brothers. There are a total of four keys, one on each of the first two levels and two on the third level. They are dropped by the Charr Prison Guards.
The Prison Keys do not show up in the inventory, but although they don't occupy an inventory slot, if you have a full inventory, you can't pick up the key.
