Master of Isle is one of the Nameless Masters of the Zaishen Order.
He will transport you to the PvP version of the Isle of the Nameless.

"Greetings from the Isle of the Nameless. Should you desire to test your skills in their PvP versions, you have but to ask and I shall send you into the Isle with those versions on your skill bar. Any PvE skills on your skill bar will be stripped out if you enter this way. Is this what you desire?"
