Emissary Heleyne is an Envoy, an emissary of the Mists who shepherd the dead. She has allied herself with the other Envoys to defeat Shiro Tagachi. Her apparition appears at several points in the Factions storyline to provide guidance to the players.

Kaineng City
- Vizunah Square (at the end of the mission)
- Sunjiang District (during the mission)
- Imperial Sanctum (during the mission)

Notes[]

She appears to use some sort of resurrection at the end of the Vizunah Square mission to resurrect party members but this could not be confirmed. If so, her profession could be Monk. She could also be an Elementalist, given the way she casts the spell.
