Full: Create a level 1...8 spirit. For non-spirit creatures within its range, arrows move twice as fast as normal and strike for +6 damage. This spirit dies after 30...126 seconds.
Concise: Creates a level 1...8 spirit (30...126 second lifespan). Arrows move twice as fast and hit for +6 damage for creatures in range. Does not affect spirits.

- Contrary to the wording, this skill does not increase the movement speed of your arrows. Rather, it sets the arc to be straight (thus reducing time-to-target).
- The projectiles fired by bone fiends are not arrows and therefore are unaffected by Favorable Winds.
- Combines well with Barrage, as this is not a preparation.
