These shields can be obtained in exchange for an Amulet of the Mists from the Adept of Steel or Adept of Spears in the Divine Path. There is a version each for the Strength, Command, Motivation, Tactics attributes.

A Wooden Buckler with attributes identical to the Exalted Aegis (strength requirement) is available from collector Maddison in Breaker Hollow.
A Shield of the Lion with attributes identical to the Exalted Aegis (strength requirement) is available from collector Kwesi in The Sulfurous Wastes.

Tactics Version 

A Wooden Buckler with attributes identical to the Exalted Aegis (tactics requirement) is available from collector Healer Silja in Vasburg Armory.
An Adamantine Shield with attributes identical to the Exalted Aegis (tactics requirement) is available from collector Nikun in The Shattered Ravines.
