When something is diverted it usually means that it has been effected by the hex Diversion. Diversion increases the recharge time of the next skill used while suffering from the hex. When a skill has been diverted, it has had its recharge time increased in that manner. Various members of a team will usually report when they have had a skill diverted and the Mesmer usually announces successful diversions of spells.
