Condensation in the air freezes into glittering shards. While in this area, you move 33% slower.

- This effect is caused by the Diamondshard Mist skill used the Remnant of Antiquities in the Sepulchre of Dragrimmar.
- After being struck by Diamondshard Grave, you will be permanently affected by this, until you either die, or leave the map. This may be a bug.
