A Diamond Aegis is a type of shield. It bears a resemblance to the Iridescent Aegis and the Amber Aegis.

These shields can be found in Factions, Nightfall and some areas of GW:EN. Those found in Factions can be linked to Strength or Tactics only. Those found in Nightfall and GW:EN can be linked Command, Motivation, or Tactics, but not Strength.

Dye affects the metal border around the diamond, and the back of the shield. It appears to be dyed yellow by default.

• Consider salvaging this item by using an Expert/Superior Salvage Kit as it may turn into Diamonds. However, it is recommended to don't salvage this item with a basic Salvage Kit, as it has a very low salvage rate and salvaging for Common Materials is therefore highly unprofitable.

• When many professions wield this it seems to hover a few centimeters away from the arm.
