The Deldrimor Blades are a unique item that can be obtained in exchange for a Deldrimor Talisman from the Artisan of Shadows in Droknar's Forge after completing the Hell's Precipice mission.

- Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
- Life stealing: 3
- Health regeneration -1
- Health +30

This weapon's stats can be fully replicated, including its skin, with:
- the Deldrimor Daggers from from Grand Mason Stonecleaver (weaponsmith) in Droknar's Forge (explorable)
- A perfect Vampiric Dagger Tang
- A perfect Dagger Handle of Fortitude
- A perfect "Strength and Honor" inscription
Note: The Weaponsmith counterpart will deal Piercing Damage.
