Once called the Eastbury Reserve, this stretch of coastal land was renamed after the last Guild War. It's namesake, Saul D'Alessio, was the founder of the White Mantle and is thought by many to be the savior of Kryta.

[edit] Getting there

The quest Report to the White Mantle acquired from Lion's Arch leads the players to this location. Leave Lion's Arch into North Kryta Province and head west along the southern edge of that area to the southwestern corner.
