Signet of Capture:
- If Cultist's Fervor expires while a spell is being activated, the spell's cost will still be reduced.
- The spell Angorodon's Gaze works very effectively for players using this skill as the conditional energy gain is met with this skill.
- Using Plague Sending while Cultist's Fervor is active will transfer the Bleeding to target foe right away.
