The Courage of the Forgotten is a unique item that can be obtained in exchange for a Book of Secrets from the Keeper of the Spear in the Throne of Secrets after completing the Abaddon's Gate mission.

- Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
- Armor penetration 20% (Chance: 20%)
- Health +30

This weapon's stats can be fully duplicated with:
- A Brass Spear with Piercing damage: 14-27 (req. 9 Spear Mastery)
- A +15% Strength and Honor Inscription
- A perfect sundering Spearhead
- A perfect Spear Grip of Fortitude.
